Understand the real problem
I start with behaviour, not assumptions — using research, product data, and user conversations to uncover what actually drives adoption, retention, and business outcomes.
Ship fast and learn faster
Startups win through iteration. I prototype quickly, launch early versions, and use real user feedback to refine the product toward product-market fit.
Design the product, not just the interface
Great products emerge from aligning design, engineering, and business strategy. I focus on turning complex ideas into scalable systems that deliver measurable outcomes.
Writing & Speaking
I also write and speak about design and tech in major media outlets and prominent events like Fast Company, The Drum, Campaign, Huffington Post, SXSW, IxDA, and Mind The Product.
